Healthcare receiver: A photo caption in Thursday’s California section with an article about salaries and expenses under Robert Sillen, former healthcare receiver for the California prison system, said he was hired by the governor to fix prison healthcare. Sillen was appointed by U.S. District Judge Thelton Henderson, who fired him in January.
