Of course living in the Valley is less expensive. That’s because it is a lousy location, with summer typically 10 degrees hotter, ruder drivers and no ocean.
On the other hand, the cemeteries there are excellent. I hope to be dead there someday, which I guess means it beats Philadelphia.
