British authorities were awaiting results of toxicology tests Monday to determine the cause of death of Jason Rae, the husband of Grammy-nominated singer Corinne Bailey Rae.
Rae, 31, a saxophonist with a funk band, the Haggis Horns, was found in an apartment in the northern English city of Leeds on Saturday, police said. A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of supplying him with drugs but was released on bail, officials said.
Corinne Bailey Rae’s self-titled debut album sold more than 1 million copies in the United States after its release in 2006.
