Doctor: An article in Wednesday’s California section about the arrest of Dr. Wesley Albert, who is suspected of illegally prescribing drugs, said the arrest took place at the Lake Elsinore Hotel & Casino and that prescription forms were found under his bed. The arrest and evidence seizure occurred at the doctor’s current Lake Elsinore residence, not at the hotel.
