Court blast probe leads to arrest
An ex-convict was arraigned in federal court here Friday after being arrested by an FBI team investigating the May 4 bombing of the federal courthouse in downtown San Diego.
Rachelle Lynette Carlock, 31, was charged with using a false identification to buy explosives and being a felon in possession of explosives. She is not charged in the bombing that damaged the courthouse.
