TIM TEBOW, junior quarterback, Florida

Tebow was the key in the Gators’ win over Arkansas as they bounced back from last week’s upset loss to Mississippi. Stats: 17 of 26 passing for 217 yards, two touchdowns and one interception; 12 carries for 32 yards rushing.

JEVON RINGER, senior running back, Michigan State

The Spartans had to battle in a close victory over Iowa, which did a good job of slowing down Ringer. Stats: 25 carries for 91 yards; one catch for three yards.

CHASE DANIEL, senior quarterback, Missouri

Daniel’s passing got the Tigers off to a strong start in a big road win over Nebraska. Stats: 18 of 24 passing for 206 yards, three touchdowns without an interception.

MARK SANCHEZ, junior quarterback, USC

Sanchez displayed great mobility and arm strength in the Trojans’ lopsided win over Oregon. Stats: 20 of 30 passing for 340 yards, three touchdowns and one interception.
