Blair Hills: An Oct. 11 article on the Culver City community cited as evidence of low turnover in the area a few houses that had sold in the last 12 months, including a three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-story home on Lenawee Avenue. In fact, the house did not sell and is still listed at $735,000.
