Teens guilty in ethnic attacks
From Times Wire Reports
A Moscow court convicted 12 teenage boys and a 20-year-old man of a series of vicious ethnic attacks, including the murder of chess champion Sergei Nikolayev, a member of Russia’s Yakut ethnic group.
Videos of the attacks were posted on websites.
Prison terms ranged from 4 1/2 to 10 years on charges including ethnically motivated assault, murder and attempted murder, officials said.
