Man gets 11 years in fatal stabbing
An Anaheim man convicted of fatally stabbing a man outside a Lake Forest bar was sentenced to 11 years in prison Friday.
Jean Pierre Castellanos, 24, was found guilty by a jury of voluntary manslaughter. On May 8, 2007, he got into a fight with Timothy Matthew Jones, 26, in the parking lot of Big Shots Bar and Grill in Lake Forest. Castellanos stabbed Jones three times.
Jones’ girlfriend, Andrea Leeonna Connelly, 30, encouraged the fight and was convicted of misdemeanor counts of assault and battery.
