Marlon Brando retreat: In the Travel section’s Need to Know column on Sunday, a news brief reporting on the planned opening in 2011 of a new Brando Resort on the French Polynesian island of Tetiaroa stated that this would open the island to the public for the first time. The atoll once had a small hotel that was open to the public.
