Can bank clients count on BofA?
Re: David Lazarus’ consumer column: “Sue BofA? You’re on your own,” Aug. 23:
Concerning your column on Bank of America ending its arbitration policy concerning credit card, bank accounts and some loan disputes, I guess that as far as BofA is concerned . . . the consumer should just fuggedaboutit, as they say in New York!
