A 10-year-old boy faces a murder charge in the death of his father. Police alleged that the boy used his own rifle to shoot his father and then called authorities. Police found Byron Hilburn, 42, at the family’s Belen home Thursday evening. He was pronounced dead at an Albuquerque hospital.
