Shoptalk with Oscar nominees

Share

If you care about film, it’s a tonic to live in the city where the most talented people in the business reside. But the opportunities to actually see and hear the best of the best talk about their craft in a public setting are few and far between. This Saturday is an exception. The American Cinematheque at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood is hosting two free panel discussions with Oscar nominees. At 10 a.m., this year’s nominated film editors will take part in a chat, and at 2:30 p.m. the nominated art directors and set decorators get their chance. The panels are free, but tickets are available only at the box office on Saturday. Doors open at 9 a.m.
