Even stars wait in line

The Beverly Hilton Hotel became a hotbed for party-hopping after the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday.

The InStyle/Warner Bros. soiree peaked early, with a steady stream of nominees heading inside the Oasis Court after the show. Old pals Leonardo DiCaprio and Kevin Connolly brought their moms, Marisa Tomei chatted with Amy Adams, and Kyra Sedgwick, with hubby Kevin Bacon, congratulated a statue-wielding Sally Hawkins as she made her way into the boho-chic-themed affair, complete with pink faux-feathered peacocks and chocolate truffle-tinis.

At the AMC shindig in the Stardust Room, it was mashed potatoes, not alcohol, served in martini glasses, although there was plenty of Chivas to go around as the cast of “Mad Men” celebrated its best drama series win. Fellow winners Colin Farrell and Tina Fey partied on the tented rooftop at the NBC Universal event, amid a sea of black chandeliers, white lilies, tulips and displays of diamond jewelry once owned by Hollywood legend Gloria Swanson, among others.

It was all about the gold at the Fox Searchlight soiree at Craft in Century City, where the cast of best picture drama winner “Slumdog Millionaire” joined “The Wrestler” winners Bruce Springsteen and comeback kid Mickey Rourke, who sported matching accessories -- namely, statues and shades.

Still, the night’s hottest party was back at the Hilton. Even the famous people had to wait in line to get into the HBO bash. Despite losing out to “30 Rock” for best television comedy, “The Office” cutie Jenna Fischer and her castmates Oscar Nunez and Angela Kinsey brought the laughs with a poolside coordinated dance to Justin Timberlake’s “SexyBack.”

Leave it to “Entourage” boys Connelly, Kevin Dillon and Jerry Ferrara to close down the ‘60s-themed event, which raged on till 1 a.m.
