CALIFORNIA BRIEFING / SACRAMENTO
A 3-year-old boy who suffered burns to 50% of his body in a day-care fire in Mexico arrived Saturday night at Northern California Shriners Hospitals for Children in Sacramento. The boy was the second child to begin treatment at the hospital’s pediatric burn unit since Friday’s fatal fire in the Mexican city of Hermosillo.
