Sacrifice hit
So Gary Matthews Jr. “sacrificed” silently last year by playing a new position. That’s funny. I thought I was the one sacrificing silently every time I watched him play.
I have a solution. If playing center field every day is so important to him, they can send him to Rancho Cucamonga. I will personally make a trip over there to cheer him on.
