Should Facebook face the music?

Re “Obama poll on Facebook investigated,” Sept. 29

So this is what Facebook is all about, a bunch of idiots ranting because they don’t like the president? Do the authors of this irresponsible poll know the penalties for threatening a president?

It is not surprising that a spokesman wants Facebook “to be open to discuss ideas.” But at what cost? Perhaps it is time to create stronger regulations on Internet sites so these problems never rise again. Or perhaps we should hold CEOs responsible for tolerating this behavior.
