Bamberg features are well-noted

Great article by Rosemary McClure about the pubs in Germany [“Halls of Fame,” Aug. 23]. As an American living in Bamberg, Germany, I agree with her definition of Bamberg as “a symphony in B -- Baroque, bread, bridges and beer.” We love living here and feel blessed every day. She mentioned Schlenkerla, which is great, but make sure the next time she comes through Bamberg that she tries Brauerei Spezial. Prost!
