Music lovers will fill the streets and throw up the funk sign at the second annual Long Beach Funk Fest, a day-long celebration of interplanetary grooves. The Ladies of P-Funk — an all-female collective of Parliament-Funkadelic alumni — top the bill, which also features the Original Stone City Band, the Big Ol’ Nasty Getdown and plenty more.
