Bill Aucoin: The obituary in Thursday’s LATExtra section of Bill Aucoin, manager of the rock group Kiss, said that he had discovered the band. Lew Linet was Kiss’ first manager; Aucoin followed Linet and is credited with launching the band into stardom.

Don Coryell: The obituary of former San Diego Chargers coach Don Coryell in Friday’s LATExtra section misidentified Coryell’s wife and said that she died last year. Her name was Aliisa, not Barbara, and she died in 2008.

Gem and Jewelry Show: A Hot List item in Thursday’s Calendar section said the International Gem and Jewelry show was running Thursday and Friday at the Pasadena Convention Center. It began Friday and continues this weekend: 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. Sunday.

“Twilight” movie: In an article in Thursday’s Business section about the box-office results for “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” the first name of Stephenie Meyer, the author of the book upon which the movie is based, was misspelled as Stephanie.

Economic worries: An article in Friday’s Section A on concerns about the economic recovery’s staying power said the government would report Friday on the May job market. The report was on the June job market.

Ring cycle: An article in Monday’s Calendar section about the L.A. Opera production of the Ring cycle referred to the series of four operas as a teratology. The word should have been tetralogy.
