Cranky drivers may be hazardous to your health -- and not just on the road.

The emotional toll that leaves you smoldering after someone, say, cuts you off may have a lingering effect on your well-being in the form of stress. But there’s a way to let go of those emotions and carry on, claims a new book highlighted in the South Florida Sun-Sentinel story “‘The Law of the Garbage Truck’: Ocean Ridge author promotes positive psychology.”

The good news too is that stress dips with age. HealthKey.com reports on a study that examined stress and worry among all ages in “Daily stress plummets after 50.”
