Miami Dolphins’ Mike Dee talks about life in the bike lane
Cycling, swimming, tennis -- for a man whose career revolves around football, Miami Dolphins CEO Mike Dee manages to stay active even when he’s far outside the gridiron.
Think that sounds difficult to do when pulling 20-hour workdays? Dee says that cycling actually helps him make it through the day. He might have a point: Studies show that exercise can reduce symptoms of fatigue by a whopping 65%.
Biking’s also easier on the joints than sports like football -- but it’s not without its dangers, particularly on car-filled city streets. Dee says he’s had a couple of close shaves while riding. Read his full interview with the South Florida Sun-Sentinel here.
