After attending dental school at UCLA, Dr. Harner went to UCSF to complete his orthodontic specialty residency.
During his professional career, Dr. Harner has served on the Board of Directors and is the Past-President of the California Association of Orthodontists.
He has also served on the Board of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Association.
