N9NE Steakhouse

Calling all carnivores! Part of the $50 million renovation at the Palms, the new N9NE Steakhouse has a chic, modern interior as well as an expanded bill of fare. Don’t worry though, many signature dishes are still on the menu, including the 48-ounce Prime Ribeye Tomahawk for two, priced at $145. “The secret is in the quality and the attention we pay to the USDA prime aged beef,” Executive Chef Barry Dakake said of his award-winning steaks. “It’s always been that way and why our customers keep coming back.”
