There are plenty of scams around. But the Microsoft scam seems to have particular staying power.

This is the one where you get a call from someone claiming to be with Microsoft’s Windows Maintenance Department. Spoiler alert: It’s a bogus call.

Florence says she’s been getting more than her share of Microsoft-scam calls lately. She wants to know where you should report these things.
