AT&T; kicking off pre-orders for HTC One

AT&T; is set to kick off pre-orders for the HTC One, the latest flagship device from the Taiwanese phone maker, starting Thursday at 11 a.m.

Users can make pre-orders by heading to AT&T;’s website to purchase a 32-gigabyte version of the phone for $200 or a 64 GB version of the phone for $300 with a two-year contract. The 64 GB HTC One is exclusive to AT&T.;

The HTC One has been receiving critical acclaim over the last couple of weeks for its top-of-the-line design, its high-resolution screen and its dual front-facing speakers.

Sprint will also have the phone available for pre-order starting Friday. The Kansas-based phone carrier will sell the device for $200 with a two-year contract for a 32 GB version.

Both AT&T; and Sprint will begin selling the HTC One in stores starting April 19. The phone will be available in black or silver.

T-Mobile has also said that it will carry the device but has not announced when sales will begin. The carrier will sell a 32-GB version of the phone for a $99.99 down payment followed by 24 payments of $20 -- that’s a total price of $579.99.
