Adrian Bellani lists Hollywood Hills West home (Photos)

Actor Adrian Bellani has listed his house in Hollywood Hills West for sale at $2.195 million.

The Modern-style home, built in 1964, was once part of a compound owned by talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres.

The 2,267 square feet of living space has vaulted ceilings, dark wood floors and walls of glass that open to a patio area. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a three-car garage.

The master bedroom features a balcony/deck as do several other rooms in the hillside home.

Bellani, 31, was in “Passions” in 2006 and 2007. More recently, he has appeared in the Tyler Perry-created TV series “The Haves and the Have Nots,” “RPM Miami” and the 2011 film “Moneyball.”

He bought the property from DeGeneres in 2007 for $1.995 million, public records show.
