Former HBO and Showtime executive and producer Barbara Title has put her home in Brentwood on the market at $1.9 million.

The Connecticut-inspired ranch house dates to 1948 and was once home to actress Louise Latham, who made an indelible impression on the big screen in the 1964 Alfred Hitchcock thriller “Marnie.”

Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, the ivy-draped front of the house is entered through an oversized custom-built door. Aged hardwood floors, Saltillo tiles and beamed ceilings set a refined tone in the 2,100 square feet of interiors.

A lodge-like living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a glass-enclosed office, three bedrooms and three bathrooms are among the living spaces in the single-story home.

The kitchen features glass-fronted cabinets, butcher-block counters and a dining alcove.

The third-of-an-acre lot has views of the Getty Center and the surrounding canyons. There’s an attached two-car garage.

Title produced the TV movies “Possessed” (2000) and “My Own Country” (1998).

Latham, 93, appeared in scores of films and television series from 1961 to 2000. She was in episodes of “Gunsmoke” (1968-74), “Eight Is Enough” (1977-79) and “Hothouse” (1988).
