Carmen Electra checking out of Hollywood Hills
Model-actress-television personality Carmen Electra has listed a house in Hollywood Hills West at $2.699 million.
The walled and gated villa has a rotunda entry, arched windows and a courtyard in keeping with its Mediterranean style. The 5,255-square-foot home, with beamed ceilings and paver floors, takes in mountain and canyon views.
Living, family, dining and breakfast rooms, a gym, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two powder rooms make up the three-level space. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a sitting area.
A media/screening room and a billiard room open to the swimming pool.
Electra, 42, gained fame as a Playboy magazine model. She has appeared in such movies as “Meet the Spartans” (2008), “Starsky & Hutch” (2004) and “Scary Movie” (2000). Last year she starred in the film “Lap Dance.” Electra will star in the upcoming comedy “Party Pieces” with Burt Reynolds and the drama “Chocolate City.”
She bought the property last year for $2.685 million.
