The walled and gated villa has a rotunda entry, arched windows and a courtyard in keeping with its Mediterranean style. The 5,255-square-foot home, with beamed ceilings and paver floors, takes in mountain and canyon views.

Living, family, dining and breakfast rooms, a gym, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two powder rooms make up the three-level space. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a sitting area.
