Dennis Quaid sells ‘extra’ home in Pacific Palisades
Actor Dennis Quaid has sold a house for $3.315 million in Pacific Palisades. The contemporary had been on the market since only mid-August.
He purchased the remodeled home for $3.1 million earlier this year, several months after he and Kimberly Quaid filed for divorce a second time. They have since reconciled.
The 3,421-square-foot home features an open floor plan, four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There is a saltwater swimming pool, a spa and patio space.

Dan Urbach of Prudential California Realty’s Pacific Palisades office was the listing agent. Timothy Enright of the Enright Company represented the buyer.
