‘Teen Mom’ Farrah Abraham sets down roots in Hollywood Hills with townhouse buy
Reality television personality and quasi adult-film actress Farrah Abraham has bought a townhouse in the Hollywood Hills area for $845,000.
Part of a two-house structure built in 2011, the Mediterranean-style residence features an open floor plan with four gas fireplaces in more than 2,700 square feet.
Contemporary interiors done in neutral tones and light wood floors include living and dining areas, a den and an updated kitchen with custom cabinetry and a tiled backsplash. A wine rack sits below the stairs.
The master suite has a glass-enclosed rain shower and his-and-her sinks for a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Two false balconies wrapped in wrought iron and an attached two-car garage sit off the front of the home.
The property, found near the Hollywood Bowl, came to market in October for $949,000. It most recently was priced at $869,900, property records show.
Amy Klein of Rodeo Realty was the listing agent. Jake May of the Jake May Team represented Abraham in the sale.
The 24-year-old Abraham is known for her appearances on the MTV series “16 and Pregnant” and “Teen Mom.” She later gained notoriety after appearing in a pair of Vivid Entertainment productions with adult-film star James Deen.
More recently, Abraham was a cast member on “Teen Mom OG” and a housemate on the British reality show “Celebrity Big Brother.”
