Harry Styles looks to eke out a profit in Hollywood Hills
After $1.5 million in price cuts, former One Direction star Harry Styles is just aiming for a modest profit on his Hollywood Hills home.
The contemporary estate is now listed for $6.995 million, or $12,500 more than he paid for it three years ago.
Views are king in the three-story dwelling, which sits behind gates on a quarter-acre lot. A private terrace, as well as a pair of expansive decks, take in scenes from the city and ocean.
In 4,401 square feet, there are four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a movie theater and yoga studio. On the main level, an open floor plan connects an indoor-outdoor living room to a dining area and center-island kitchen.
Down below, a covered lounge expands to a swimming pool and spa surrounded by bamboo hedges.
Kurt Rappaport and Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency hold the listing.
After rising to fame with the five-member boy band One Direction, Styles released his eponymous debut solo album in 2017. As an actor, he starred in Christopher Nolan’s war drama “Dunkirk,” and he also holds a producer credit on the CBS sitcom “Happy Together.”
