Jack Osbourne of the reality TV family “The Osbournes” has sold his period home in Los Feliz for $3.2 million.
The restored Spanish-style villa, built in 1926, retains its authentic architecture, including a central courtyard with a tiled pool, thick wood ceiling beams, wrought-iron banisters and interior archways.
The living space, listed at 4,810 square feet, has a sophisticated charm with its high ceilings; French doors; living, family and dining rooms; four bedrooms; and four bathrooms.
Added bonuses are a basement and a guesthouse with a kitchenette.
Since his youth on the family reality show starring his parents, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, the 28-year-old actor has appeared on “Dancing With the Stars” (2013), “Haunted Highway” (2012-13) and “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! NOW!” (2010-11). He is also a producer: “Alpha Dogs” (2013) and “Osbournes Reloaded” (2009).
Osbourne bought the property for $2.82 million in 2011, the year before he married actress Lisa Stelly. It was listed at $2.998 million.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, was the listing agent. Juliette Hohnen of the same office represented the buyer.
