Linkin Park’s Joe Hahn lists Brentwood home

Joe Hahn of the alt rock band Linkin Park has put his home in Brentwood up for sale at $4.6 million.

Set on more than a half-acre in a gated community, the contemporary house features panoramic city and ocean views, floor-to-ceiling windows, solar power, an elevator, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 6,458 square feet of living space. There is a three-car garage.

Hahn, 36, is the DJ and programmer for the band, whose members include co-lead vocalist Chester Bennington, drummer/percussionist Rob Bourdon, guitarist Brad Delson, bassist Dave “Phoenix” Farrell and Mike Shinoda on co-lead vocals, keyboards and guitar. The band has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide and has a Facebook following of 55 million-plus fans.

Linkin Park founded the nonprofit Music for Relief in 2005, raising more than $5 million for victims of natural disasters and environmental projects. They will be featured at the Sunset Strip Music Festival in West Hollywood on Saturday and then embark on a tour throughout Asia.

Public records show Hahn bought the property in 2006 for $3.975 million.
