A gated house in Malibu owned by pop and operatic singer Josh Groban has come on the market at $5.475 million.
Purchased by the sometimes-actor in 2005 for $4.125 million, the multi-level house was put up for lease at $23,000 a month a few years ago.
The 1.8-acre property includes the main house, a guesthouse, a swimming pool and spa with a waterfall, a lighted tennis court and an outdoor fireplace.
There are four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
A long brick driveway leads to the Tuscan-inspired house, which was built in 1976.
Groban, 32, has sung at presidential inauguration and Olympics ceremonies. He is estimated to have sold more than 25 million albums around the world. Among his TV appearances, he sang "You Raise Me Up" on "Dancing With the Stars" last year and "You're Still You" on "Ally McBeal" (2001).
Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
