Hot Property: Justin Bartha puts Hollywood Hills West bachelor pad up for sale

Justin Bartha, of “The Hangover” films, has listed his bachelor pad for sale in Hollywood Hills West at $1.375 million.
The vintage Spanish-style house of 1,416 square feet sits behind walls and gates with video surveillance. Vaulted beamed ceilings, separate dining and living rooms, a family room, a breakfast bar, two bedrooms and two bathrooms are among the features.
The 7,500-square-foot lot has a swimming pool, a hot tub and a covered patio.
Bartha, 35, starred in the sitcom “The New Normal” (2012-13). He also starred in the “National Treasure” films. He was married in January.
The actor bought the property in 2007 for $1.25 million, public records show.
