Kimberly Elise lists contemporary home in Hollywood Hills

Actress Kimberly Elise, star of the series “Hit the Floor,” has listed a Hollywood Hills home for sale at $1.595 million.

Built in 1990, the clean-lined contemporary house features a stone courtyard, a double-door entry, vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows and bamboo floors. Glass block windows flank the fireplace in the oversized living room.

The nearly 3,600 square feet of living space also includes dining and family rooms, a media room, three fireplaces, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The updated kitchen has a center island with a sink and a butler’s pantry.

Views take in the cityscape and surrounding hillsides.

Elise, 47, has been in such films as “For Colored Girls” (2010), “Diary of a Mad Black Woman” (2005) and “John Q” (2002).

She bought the property in 2006 for $1.4 million, public records show.
