Actor Matthew Perry of the 2015 series “The Odd Couple” has sold his modern retreat in Malibu for $10.65 million.

The updated contemporary, built in 1981, has views of the coastline and Malibu Pier from its 2.5-acre hillside perch in gated Serra Retreat. The sophisticated-looking interiors feature walls of glass, window alcoves and telescoping doors that open to a large deck.

A living room with a fireplace, a family room, a game room and a home theater are among the living spaces in the open-plan house.

The top-floor master suite includes dual bathrooms and a seating area with a fireplace for a total of four bedrooms and six baths.

Outdoors there’s a swimming pool with a spa, a fire pit and meditation garden.

Perry, 45, rose to fame for his decade-long role as Chandler Bing in the sitcom “Friends.” In addition to playing Oscar Madison in the new CBS series “The Odd Couple,” he appears this year in the series “Web Therapy,” which stars his “Friends” castmate Lisa Kudrow.

Records show that Perry originally bought the property in 2005 for $6.55 million.

Greg Holcomb and Mark Rutstein of Partners Trust Real Estate Brokerage and Acquisitions handled the listing and sale.
