Set behind gates and tall privacy hedges, the updated 1920s home sits on more than a third of an acre with a guest house and a swimming pool.

Inside, the two-story floor plan has arched windows, beamed ceilings, warming wood floors and wrought iron details. Hanging barn-style doors separate the formal living and dining room areas.
