Moon Bloodgood sells her hip home in Venice

Moon Bloodgood of “Falling Skies” has sold her Venice home for $2.05 million.

Built in 1951, the 2,003-square-foot house was described as a bungalow on the Multiple Listing Service, but it looks more like a hip hideout.

The updated home blends old and new in an open floor plan with a central skylight. A wood-burning stove, a claw-foot tub and a dual-head shower are among features in the master suite. The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Front and back decks and a hot tub occupy the tidy 4,262-square-foot lot.

Bloodgood, 38, played Lt. Blair Williams in “Terminator Salvation” (2009). Her more recent films include “The Power of Few” (2013), “The Sessions” (2012) and “Conception” (2011).

She bought the property in 2009 for $845,000 and listed it at $2.125 million, saying she was ready to move to the country.

Cathy Bindley of Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent. Dustin Coury of Nourmand & Associates represented the buyer.
