Producer and screenwriter Noah Oppenheim and his wife, Allison, have listed their home in Santa Monica for lease at $11,000 a month.

Marked by a white picket fence, the two-story Traditional includes 3,500 square feet of living space with formal living room and dining room, an office/library and a center-island kitchen. The master suite has a balcony, two walk-in closets and a soaking tub for a total of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

French doors give way to a paver patio with a sitting area and fire pit. Elsewhere is a detached two-car garage.

The property last sold in May 2009 for $2.425 million, property records show. It is available for lease beginning in mid-June.

Ann Eysenring of The Agency has the listing.

In January, Oppenheim, 36, returned to NBC News, where he previously worked as a producer, as the executive in charge of the “Today” show, replacing former ESPN executive Jamie Horowitz. Among his screenwriting credits is “The Maze Runner” (2014) and part one of the upcoming “The Divergent Series: Allegiant.”
