Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson’s former stomping ground hits the market in Ladera Ranch
The onetime home of MMA fighter Quinton “Rampage” Jackson is in search of a new champion in Ladera Ranch.
Listed for sale at $1.399 million, the Tuscan-style house is in the guard-gated community of Covenant Hills and has a detached casita, a swimming pool and a spa.
A brick archway and wooden door mark the entrance to the home, which has about 3,100 square feet of interior space. The open floor plan connects a living room, a center-island kitchen and a formal dining room. Beamed ceilings hang overhead.
In total, there are four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. On the third floor, a loft opens up to a front-facing balcony.
Jackson sold the home in 2016 for $875,000, according to public records.
Polly Watts of Maxim Properties holds the listing.
Jackson, 39, claimed the UFC Light Heavyweight title in 2007 by defeating then-current champion Chuck Liddell. He’s amassed 37 wins during his mixed martial arts career, which spans back to 1999.
