Owner of former home of legendary gossip columnist Rona Barrett wants to talk to a serious buyer

Rona Barrett, the legendary gossip columnist and television personality, once made her home in a Beverly Hills house that is up for sale.

Listed at $8.995 million, the bold contemporary has 15-foot-tall ceilings and expanses of walls for art display. Clerestory windows and glass walls that slide away bring natural light into the interiors.

Custom-built for entertaining, the 4,500-square-foot house features a wood-paneled media room, an office, a kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a pantry, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a powder room. The master suite contains a dressing room and dual bathrooms.
