Stephen Collins lists two homes for sale in Brentwood

Actor Stephen Collins and his estranged wife, Faye Grant, have listed two adjacent houses in Brentwood for sale at $2.85 million and $2.7 million.
Collins, who starred on “7th Heaven,” is being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department, New York police and the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department for alleged sex abuse.
The more expensive of the two homes has a Cape Cod-inspired façade and sits on slightly more than a quarter-acre. The 2,756 square feet of living space include dining, family and living rooms, an office, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There’s a two-story guesthouse.
The other house is a one-story traditional with an office, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,583 square feet of living space. It opens to a swimming pool.
