A shrinking supply of homes coupled with competition among buyers continues to drive residential prices across the Southland. In Orange County, the median sale price for single-family homes surged to $710,000, based on about 2,200 sales, according to CoreLogic. Here’s a look at what about that amount buys in O.C.
