Venice contemporary was haven for Anjelica Huston and her late husband
Actress Anjelica Huston has parted with the five-story contemporary live/work home in Venice that she shared with her late husband, sculptor Robert Graham, for $11.15 million.
The 13,796 square feet of loft-like space, some 200 feet from the sand, includes a 10,000-square-foot art studio that was used by Graham, a dance studio, a gym, a library/study, a media room, an office, three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The home and studio share a central courtyard shaded by a coral tree. There are city and ocean views and a swimming pool.
Huston, 62, was on the series “Smash” in 2012 and 2013 and appeared on “Medium” (2008-09). She won an Oscar for her supporting role in “Prizzi’s Honor” (1985), which was directed by her father, John Huston.
Among other memorable roles, she played Morticia Addams in the 1991 and 1993 “Addams Family” films. Her voice work includes this year’s animated film “The Pirate Fairy.”
Graham, who died in 2008 at 70, was known for his bronzes depicting the human figure.
The property had been listed four years ago at $18 million. It last changed hands in 1992 for $500,000, public records show.

Actress ready for the sequel
Jodie Foster has put her home in Hollywood Hills West back on the market for $5.75 million.
The Spanish-style villa, built in 1935, features a step-down living room with a cathedral ceiling, a fireplace, French doors and views of Century City.
The 6,000 square feet of living space includes a screening room, an office, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half-baths and an attached guest apartment. The master suite has a sauna and a seating area.

Foster, 51, won Oscars for “The Accused” (1988) and “The Silence of the Lambs” (1991). Her first nomination was for her starring role in “Taxi Driver” (1976). She starred last year in the sci-fi thriller “Elysium.”
She previously listed the home last spring at $6.399 million. Public records show she bought the property in 1995, but the price wasn’t undisclosed.

Furnishings fit Kardashian home
Kourtney Kardashian has sold her boldly decorated home in Calabasas for $2.975 million.
The black, white and brightly accented interiors by designer Jeff Andrews caught the eye of the buyers, who paid an additional $125,000 for select furnishings. Now Kardashian can set about decorating the larger nearby home she recently bought from retired pro football player Keyshawn Johnson.
The 5,400 square feet of living space at the home she sold includes a breezeway entry, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a library/office, four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
A swimming pool, spa and covered loggia on the half-acre lot have city and mountain views.
In addition to her role on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kardashian has been in several family-related spinoffs.
She bought the property in 2010 for $1.7 million, public records show.

$11.5 million? You bet your bippy
The longtime Malibu home of the late comedian Dick Martin and his actress wife, Dolly, is for sale at $11.5 million.
The Cape Cod-inspired beach house, built in 1946, has unobstructed ocean views and a wooden walkway that leads to the sand.
Features of the one-bedroom house include vaulted ceilings, brick fireplaces, French doors, a beach-facing deck and a wine cellar. There are four bathrooms and 2,551 square feet of living space.
A self-contained guesthouse, separated from the main house by a rose garden and fruit trees, has a fireplace and an open-beam ceiling.
Dick Martin, who died in 2008 at 86, was co-host of the popular “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In” from 1967 to 1973. Often-used show catchphrases such as “sock it to me” and “you bet your sweet bippy” became part of the American vernacular.
He went on to direct shows including “The Bob Newhart Show” and “Newhart.”
Dolly Martin, also known as Dolly Read, starred in the 1970 film “Beyond the Valley of the Dolls” and appeared on several television series. She was Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in May 1966.

Giving up his court time?
Ashok Amritraj is in the midst of producing his own double feature of sorts: buying an estate in Bel-Air for $8.25 million and listing a house in the Encino/Sherman Oaks area for sale at $2.2 million.
The Italian villa-style mansion he bought features a two-story entry, hand-carved wood details, four fireplaces, an elevator and a six-car garage. There are seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms in 11,500 square feet of living space.
The more than half-acre site contains a swimming pool, a spa and lawn.
The ranch-style home he is selling includes vaulted ceilings, a family room with a wet bar, an exercise room/office, five bedrooms and six bathrooms in 4,381 square feet of living space. The more than an acre lot has a swimming pool and a tennis court, which the former pro tennis player no doubt put to good use.
Amritraj, 58, is chief executive of Hyde Park Entertainment. The prolific producer has worked on scores of films, including “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance” (2011), “Machete” (2010) and “Bandits” (2001).
