Music mogul Irving Azoff sells Malibu home for $10 million

Music industry mogul Irving Azoff has sold his house along Malibu’s “Billionaire’s Beach” for $10 million. The buyer is attorney Stuart Liner and his wife, Stephanie.

The stretch of beach got the nickname from its wealthy neighbors, including David Geffen, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Larry Ellison and Paul Allen.

The contemporary house features a circular wet bar, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling doors that open to a deck. There are five bedrooms, five bathrooms and more than 3,500 square feet of living space.

Azoff is executive chairman of Live Nation Entertainment and the founder of Azoff Music Management Group. He has represented singers including Christina Aguilera, Jewel, Seal and David Archuleta.

Liner is managing and co-founding partner of Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Sunshine Regenstreif & Taylor.

Public records show Azoff bought the house in 2004 for $8,309,500.

Judy Feder, Drew Fenton and Justin Huchel of Hilton & Hyland represented the sellers. The buyers were represented by Barbara Boyle of Sotheby’s and Lenny Goldsmith of Pritchett Rapf & Associates.
