Amber Heard and Gabrielle Union were among the additional female celebrities reportedly victimized over the weekend as a second wave of stolen naked pictures was released online.
As before, the images showed up on 4chan and Reddit, but unlike the late-August leak that principally targeted Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton among others, they were soon deleted by those sites under new rules about posting copyrighted images.
Union characterized topless shots of herself as something that had been shared between herself and husband Dwyane Wade and then deleted, calling the hacker or hackers "vultures" in a statement obtained by TMZ.
"I can't help but to be reminded that since the dawn of time women and children, specifically women of color, have been victimized, and the power over their own bodies taken from them," she said jointly with Wade. The actress intended to involve the FBI, the site said.
The FBI said Sept. 1 that it was aware of the hacking allegations and was "addressing the matter."
Heard, who is engaged to Johnny Depp, was the subject of more than 50 revealing photos posted over the weekend, TMZ reported.
Other famous women whose private photos went public include Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Vanessa Hudgens, Meagan Good, Kate Bosworth, Emily Ratajkowski, Hayden Panettierre, Hope Solo and Lake Bell, according to Gossip Cop. There were also additional pics of Lawrence and Kaley Cuoco, who were targeted the first time around, the site said.
The women's names all appeared on a purported master list of hacking victims posted at the time of the first leak.
Good said Sunday on Instagram that she was "in shock" and "saddened" by the breach of privacy and that "everyone who's reposting the leaked nudes? You should be ashamed of yourself."
"We all know these pictures were for my husband," the "Anchorman 2" actress noted, "and at the end of the day evidently we all know how I feel about my" breasts.
