‘Bachelorette’ Emily Maynard is pregnant, expecting with Tyler Johnson

Emily Maynard, who was “The Bachelorette” in 2012, is expecting her second child -- who will be her first with husband Tyler Johnson.

She posted a baby-bump shot Friday on Instagram, captioning it, “too much pizza #july2015.” Presumably that’s her due date.

“We’re super excited!” the 28-year-old also told Us Weekly, confirming the news.

That’s a step up from “We’re really excited,” which is what Maynard told the same magazine a year ago when she and Johnson got engaged. That engagement, incidentally, included five diamond-studded bands for Emily and a ring for her daughter, Ricki Hendrick, now 9.

Johnson, a business consultant, and Maynard got married in June with a surprise ceremony disguised as an engagement party in South Carolina.

“For so long I felt so embarrassed and ashamed about that TV stuff,” Maynard told People at the time. “The grace that my faith has given me to wipe that all away and not find worth in that and find it through God, Tyler has been a great example of that for me.”

Maynard previously was engaged to Jef Holm at the end of her “Bachelorette” season, but that ended in October 2012, a few months after the question was popped on the show. The end of that relationship was reportedly fairly ugly.

She was previously previously engaged to two-time “Bachelor” Brad Womack, but split up with him in 2011 when their long-distance relationship reportedly wasn’t working. Womack told People it was his fault.

Maynard’s first fiance, her daughter’s dad and her high school sweetheart, NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick, died in a plane crash in October 2004. Ricki was born in June 2005.
