Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly taken a step toward nixing ex-boyfriend Scott Disick from her life -- the reality star is said to be seeking sole custody of their three children.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” stars are believed to have split earlier this month because of Disick’s hard-partying ways. Their domestic woes have played out on their E! reality series, and though they never married, they have nine years and three kids between them: son Mason, 5, daughter Penelope, 3, and son Reign, 7 months.
Us Weekly and TMZ both reported that the 36-year-old has twice consulted “disso queen” Lauren Wasser -- she’s the attorney who handled sisters Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian’s divorces from Kris Humphries and Lamar Odom, respectively -- to discuss custody and a financial settlement.
On Monday, Kardashian was photographed leaving the Century City building where Wasser keeps her office, though it’s unclear if she actually visited the attorney’s space. Still, gossip insiders told the publications that she’s seeking legal action to protect the kids from Disick’s booze and drug-fueled downward spiral.
The reality TV star tweeted a pic from that day that she captioned with emoticons -- one smiling with sunglasses, the other making a sad face.
Incidentally, her ex-beau, the self-proclaimed Lord Disick, posted about an upcoming Las Vegas club appearance on Monday only to be lambasted by followers.
A rep for Kardashian did not immediately respond to the Los Angeles Times’ request for comment.
